XTM kids’ gear giveaway!
It’s school holidays, so with the help of our friends at XTM, we’re (cue Robbie and Kylie) doin’ it for the kids.
It’s a real pleasure to be able to give away a full kit worth $400 for your little or not so little one. As long as they wear kids sizes we’ll get your boy or girl covered from top to bottom!
The goods are great (read on for a little more detail) but the fact it’s direct from an Aussie company should make you feel warm and fuzzier still.
And not just any Australian company but one that has a significant track record in helping our athletes, the environment and those less fortunate than most of us who get to enjoy skiing and snowboarding.
Ok, the goods I hear you ask.
Your choice of a boys or girls one-piece with gloves beanie and goggles or two-piece with gloves, beanie and goggles for the bigger kids.
Win, tell The Snow Gauge what you want and we’ll deliver. It’s that easy!
From XTM: “Our kids collection is designed to offer world class performance at affordable prices and caters for all levels of snow lovers, from first timers right through to junior competition wear. XTM understands the importance of high quality kids wear and their base rating of 15,000 waterproof is where most other brands max out. Performance for dollar you really can’t go past XTM Performance.”
So what of XTM? Formed by Winter Olympian Peter Forras back in 1999 XTM has grown to become Australia’s leading snow wear brand that’s the official choice of the Australian, New Zealand and Danish Winter Olympic teams. Based in Torquay, all goods are designed at “the beach shack” in the coastal Victorian town.
But XTM is so much more than that. The company makes a real point of using Australian Merino wool where possible in its baselayers, socks, accessories and gloves. It has carbon neutral certification – a must in an industry that is so climate dependent. And there’s a real sense of giving back – not only to professional and up and coming athletes but those not so well off. You only need to check out the Heat the Homeless campaign that gets old and unwanted ski jackets to people sleeping rough on the streets for proof of that.
Check out XTM’s kids range and feel good about doing some business with a company that’s doing its bit in the community.
