“Tomorrow, I leave for Tulsa. I have never been to Oklahoma. I’m looking forward to exploring the city, getting up to Sperry, visiting The Outsiders House Museum, and finding out more about this part of the country. It promises to be an interesting new adventure.”

This was from a post that I made before traveling to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We were in search of filming locations from ‘The Outsiders’, and we were intent on visiting ‘The Outsiders House Museum’. We had a list of sites, and stories from the book, and the film, but realized quickly, that Tulsa, and its residents offered so much more. This mini-doc is our tribute to S.E. Hinton, her story, and how she put her stamp on her hometown.
