Description
Dance of the Golden Snake was written by Nie Er (1912-1935) for the Bai Dai Orchestra, which he founded and directed, consisting of traditional Chinese instruments. It has been re-orchestrated by Gu Guanren and more recently by Tang Jianping.
This work was performed as part of our Lunar New Year Celebration February 8, 2025.
