Watching the Norwegian Christmas movie "Reisen til Julestjernen" (Journey to the Christmas Star) is a dear holiday tradition for many Norwegians.
The movie is based on Sverre Brandt's famous theatre play with the same title from 1924. The most famous and beautiful song from the movie is "Sonja's song", written by Egil Monn-Iversen.
