This was a very difficult song to enhance but I enjoyed doing it.
It was the harpsichord was a real challenge as I had to play it fast with an accompanying piano with different timing and notation on the opposite channel. Since I know hardly any chords on the piano I had to take it in short sections using 2 fingers and play the notes and splice them all together on the multitracker. I used a total of 23 tracks with guitar, keyboard, vocals and extra percussion (tambourine, bongos etc.). The mixing of the tracks was a headache. After playing it back and forth at least 100 times
and making critical changes this is the final product. I really like this song when I was a kid on my transistor radio. Hope you Kaempfert fans like it too.
