This little video has an amazing story. We wrote the song for First Baptist Dallas church's Vacation Bible School and enjoyed singing it together all week. We were thrilled to partner with the Kids Cove team** to film the song that same week. The location where we planned to stage it had to be changed from the prop-filled VBS room to the historic sanctuary, a beloved treasure built in the late 1800's at the heart of the campus.

Two days after filming this video, and just a few hours after thousands of VBS kids and leaders had gone home, this historic chapel caught fire (the cause is still unknown, but originating in the basement presumably). We watched with tears as the roaring flames consumed that beautiful old interior. In several hours, it was absolutely gutted.

The basement housed a museum and library documenting decades of history--membership, baptisms, weddings, memorials, dedications. Left in only their memories now are countless times of worship, repentance, prayer, dedication, teaching and learning the Word, performances, and just plain fun (like we had making this video). Decades of memories...and this little video happened to be one of the last in there.

Thank You, God, for orchestrating this--helping me write and Ron produce the song, providing these dear kids and their leaders, the film crew, and Ron's editing. What an honor to have been part of creating this little punctuation mark at the end of such a rich history. We pray this video will serve as a reminder to everyone who hears it to trust You at all times...in the wind, in the waves, in the calm or in the storm. Jesus, lead us on.
