32 years ago, the National Constituent Assembly was marked by the defense of the Popular Amendment of the Union of Indigenous Nations. On September 4, 1987, the emerging spokesman of the indigenous movement made a historic speech that managed to reverse the anti-Indian political situation in that legislature by the National Congress. The powerful statement by Ailton Krenak, with the presence of mind of a mourning gesture, was the decisive act for getting approval of articles 231 and 232 in the Federal Constitution 1988 by the parliamentary constituents.

Yeha Noha was performed and recorded by Seven Eyes in Geneva January 2019.
